COVERAGE QUEST · UPDATED OCTOBER 4, 2026

Terms of use

What Coverage Quest is

Coverage Quest is a guided intake tool. It collects the details a licensed insurance agent needs to prepare a quote request and delivers them to the agency for personal review. The playful format, points, characters, and vehicle styles are presentation only. They do not affect eligibility, rates, or coverage.

What it is not

  • A completed quote request is not a quote, a policy, a binder, or proof of insurance. No coverage is in place until a carrier issues a policy through the agency’s approved process.
  • Nothing on this site is a promise of savings, a guaranteed rate, or a guarantee that a quote will be offered. Savings are not guaranteed.
  • Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or insurance advice. The agent will discuss your options with you directly.

Who can use it

Quote requests are currently accepted from Texas residents who are at least 18 years old. The site checks your state before you begin. Requests from outside Texas cannot be reviewed.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate, complete answers. The agent relies on them to prepare your quote, and inaccurate information can change or void an offer of coverage.
  • Only enter information about people and vehicles you are authorized to include in a household insurance request.
  • Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment details, or credit information.
  • Keep any private link, saved-progress link, or confirmation reference to yourself.
  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to access the agency workdesk, or submit automated or fraudulent requests.

Follow-up and consent

The agent contacts you only in the ways you permitted at the send step. The personal follow-up permission covers a personal reply by the method you chose. Text messages require a separate opt-in. Automated or prerecorded calls and marketing texts happen only if you gave separate express written consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply. Our privacy policy explains how your information is handled.

Verification and third parties

Google Maps helps find and check your address while you enter it. If the address cannot be checked here, you can enter it manually and the agent will confirm it. Vehicle details may be identified through the NHTSA vehicle database. These checks confirm formatting, not identity or eligibility. The agent still verifies all details through the agency’s approved systems.

Availability

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we may change, pause, or withdraw it at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by your reliance on the site, by interruptions, or by inaccurate answers you entered.
